Masonboro Village

The dues for Masonboro Village are paid annually with notices sent out in September. The current annual dues to cover 2023  expenses is $63.00.The services covered by your dues are:

The New Hanover County Storm Drain Management Utility does not cover Storm Drain Maintenance in Masonboro Village.

Dues does not cover Storm Water Maintenance or a Community Manager. A special assessment of $318 was used in 2023 to cover Storm Drain Maintenance and a community manager in Masonboro Village.

Dues does not cover storm damage due to storms or hurricanes. A special assessment could be charged to cover excessive storm damage to stormwater system.

The Executive Board is made up of volunteers in our community. We are an unpaid staff of your neighbors.
